Why use ReOpen?
With our contactless dining solution, you can offer your customers a safe and secure table-ordering option. Your customers simply scan your QR code where they’ll be taken to a unique URL to order and pay.

Do my customers need to download an App?
No, as the app is browser-based, there's no need for any annoying app downloads or account creation. They simply scan, order, and pay!

How do my visitors access my ReOpen menu?
Once your venue is set up, your customers will be able to scan a QR code to visit the unique web address and place their order.

What payment methods do you accept for customer orders?
Customers can pay you with any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. We even accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for quicker checkouts. The payment processing fee (details below) is the same irrespective of payment card/method used.

Will ReOpen work with my existing EPOS system?
Our app offers flexible use with orders received on any existing till systems, tablets, or smartphones.

Can you use ReOpen for Takeaway orders?
We're launching the ability for all our venues to accept takeaway orders from the 15th July 2020. Sign up now and this feature will be automatically to you.

Are there any additional costs for takeaway orders?
Nope - it doesn't matter whether someone is ordering within your venue or for takeaway.

What do I need to get started with ReOpen?

How long is the setup process?
We offer same-day setup with at least a 24hour turn around time to help you safely open your doors. Our helpful team will be able to guide you through the process online via a Zoom call.

Which payment provider will be used?
All payments will use the online payment platform from Stripe to accept and process payment via the app. If you already have a Stripe accout, we can use that otherwise we'll guide you through the setup process.

How soon will I be paid out?
All payments you process on a day are bundled together and paid out to your nominated bank account (excluding refunds and payment processing fees) on the next working day. These will clear in your account within 5-7 working days (but typically 3-4 working days). The difference is what we are quoted by Stripe (who process the payments) and what we see in reality.

How do I know my money is safe with ReOpen?
As part of getting you setup as a venue, we'll walk you through creating your own Stripe payment account. All the money from your transactions (after the payment processing fee) is deposited into this account automatically and you can login to see this in real time at any point. We don't have access to this account ourselves, but it's linked to your ReOpen account, which means if anything happens to ReOpen you money is always safe, secure and under your control.

How easy is it to use and on-board my staff?
The app is intuitive and easy to use and manage, as all orders will work with your current EPOS system. Your staff simply completes the order once delivered to the customer!

Can I update and edit my menus?
Our easy to use admin area makes uploading and updating your menu items a treat! During the initial setup, our team will be happy to populate your digital menu before launch.

How much does ReOpen cost?
We wanted to keep the pricing simple and straightforward with a fixed fee of £29 per month with a payment processing fee of 3.4% + 20p for every transaction (which will be similar to that of your merchant account/card terminal fees you have normally). If you sign up today, you’ll get the first month free!

Are there any contracts?
Nope! We operate a rolling monthly fee for ReOpen so you're never tied in.
